Over the years, visiting the village became a tradition we all looked forward to. Staying in a room with a full kitchen was especially meaningful for Benji and Giulietta, as it allowed them to continue practicing the meal preparation goals they worked on at home. Cooking in a new space, choosing ingredients, and setting the table became a natural part of our trips, giving the kids opportunities to practice skills, build independence, and remain supported. This routine gave them a sense of familiarity and purpose, turning everyday tasks into small victories that made the trips both fun and meaningful.
Our support workers come with us on every trip. They are an essential part of the experience, helping the kids participate fully and safely in everything the mountain has to offer. They are always ready to join in the fun, making it possible to explore new activities with confidence. Benji and Giulietta loved spending time in the pool and on the slides, and ice cream breaks quickly became a favourite part of the day.

Looking back, it is easy to see why Blue Mountain was a favorite destination. Each visit brings something new while also providing a sense of stability. The combination of adventure and family connection, all supported by dedicated helpers, has created memories that will last a lifetime.
