Hello! I am Lindsay.
Hello! I am Lindsay.

I always knew I wanted to work with children from a young age. My passion began when I completed my co-op placement in a special needs classroom, which inspired me to pursue my Early Childhood Education (ECE) diploma and later a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Leadership. Before I started working with Benji and Giulietta, I spent many years working in the field, supporting children in daycares and providing 1:1 care for individuals with disabilities.

Looking back, the moment that changed everything and set me on the path I’m on today was when I worked as a nanny for a family whose son was on the autism spectrum. I supported him at home, and a few days a week I was able to spend time with him in his classroom, helping to bridge the gap between home and school. Back then, the education system allowed for that kind of collaboration, giving me a firsthand look at how powerful consistent, personalized support could be for a child.

A few years later, I traveled to Thailand and spent several months teaching a young boy to prepare him for kindergarten. These experiences showed me how individualized, one-on-one support can transform not only a child’s learning but also their confidence and happiness.

When I returned home, I met Galit and her children, Benji and Giulietta. From our very first conversation, it felt like fate had brought us together. We immediately aligned on our values and our vision for what was possible. It was our shared belief that every child deserves a life of purpose and equal opportunities that led her to hire me to work with her children in 2015.

Over the past ten years working with Benji and Giulietta, I’ve learned so much. They’ve taught me the value of meeting each person exactly where they are and that progress comes in many different forms. As I continue this journey with them, I hope to always be part of their circle of care in some way. I want others to see just how amazing Benji and Giulietta are.

This program reflects everything we’ve learned over the years. Each team member brings something unique, along with the belief that, with the right support, every person can thrive.
